Philbrook Museum Wedding Film – Mary and Phil
Mary and Phil are one of those couples that you could be best friends with after the wedding. They are seriously so relaxed and fun to be around. Every time we have met with them or spoken to them, we always leave the conversation saying how much we love them. This was the case on their wedding day too! When we arrived, everyone was getting ready. Mary and her bridesmaids were upstairs and Mary was just finishing her hair and makeup. Everyone was having a great time! We took the dress outside and were able to capture some really great pics of it! Soon after, we came back in so Mary could read her letter (it was a tear jerker) and get into her dress. Her mom helped her get the dress on and then we took Mary to do a first look with her Dad. It is always such a pretty moment to watch as a father sees his little girl in her wedding dress. We strongly recommend it! This also works well with siblings, grandparents, etc. After the first look with dad, we brought everyone over to Philbrook Museum of Art so Mary and Phil could do their first look. One thing to note is that Phil and his guys had some really rad sneakers and we think they looked awesome in their suits. Okay, now back to the first look. The first look was amazing! We love being able to capture the moment when the groom finally gets to see his bride on their wedding day! Their ceremony was STUNNING. No joke, we mean it. The light was PERFECT! They did something we hadn’t seen at The Philbrook before and faced their backs to the museum. So the backdrop was the sun setting behind the Philbrook. We will let you see the video to show you how great they turned out! After they said “I do,” they headed up to the reception. The bistro lights, the dance floor, the flowers–it was all perfect! We had such a blast spending the evening with these two and their families as they became one. We could go on about how much we loved these two and are so thankful they chose Redeemed Productions for both video and photo for their wedding! Congrats, and best wishes to Mary and Phil!

Calli + Collin’s wedding at The Springs in Skiatook, OK | Feature Film

The Springs in Skiatook

Calli and Collin’s wedding was at The Springs on Skiatook Lake. The weather was perfect out, for this November wedding. The sun was shining, and everyone was all smiles as Calli was getting ready. Calli read a letter from Collin as she was getting ready, and we are pretty sure there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Shortly after, Collin received his letter from Calli. After the couple was done getting ready it was time to head outside for the first look! This is always one of our favorite moments of the wedding day. When the bride and groom see each other for the first time on their wedding day, you can just see all of the emotion coming through in their faces. Collin did all he could to hold in the tears as he saw his bride-to-be for the first time. It was such a sweet moment to see the two of them as they saw each other. After the first look, we took the couple out for some photos, and then went back inside to get ready for the ceremony. (more…)

Justin + Ellie | Tulsa Historical Society Wedding | Highlight Film

Justin and Ellie were married at the Tulsa Historical Society. It was such a beautiful day! We were able to spend a lot of time with Ellie before the ceremony. All the girls were having so much fun up in the bridal room, and Ellie was so excited about her wedding day!

The first look with Ellie and her dad was precious! When he turned around, his face lit up with joy. There was so much emotion in that moment, and it was really fun to capture. Ellie gave him a handkerchief that read, “Dad, you’ll always be the first man I ever loved. Your little girl, Ellie.” It was such a sweet moment!

Ellie and Justin waited until the ceremony to see each other for the first time, but they were able to read letters from one another beforehand. They were both so anxious to get married! After the ceremony, family gathered for pictures. They are both super close with their families, and we loved being around all of them!

The reception was so much fun! Encre Photography set up a photo wall with lots of fun props, and Banks Entertainment kept people dancing all night. Justin’s brother Jason gave the sweetest speech about their grandfather who was not able to be there that night. There wasn’t a dry eye in that room as he gave Justin and Ellie advice from their grandpa. The evening ended with a bubble exit, and we left knowing that Ellie and Justin are truly meant for each other.

Robby + Holly | Old Trinity of Paseo | Highlight Film

Robby and Holly are the SWEETEST! Their wedding day was perfect. So laid back, relaxed, and we got to work with Holli B Photography which is always a plus! They were married in the cutest little church in Oklahoma City. Holly’s mom and sister helped her get into her dress, which was a really emotional moment for everyone. Holly’s sister Emma couldn’t hold the tears back as she saw her big sister in her wedding dress. It was such a special moment to be a part of, and it was definitely the moment that made everything seem real! After the first look (which was adorable), guests began to arrive and take their seats. There was a small, cozy loft upstairs where Holly spent the last few moments before the ceremony. All eyes were on her in her beautiful dress as she walked down the stairs with a huge smile on her face. They wrote their own vows, and they were just precious. Robby has been waiting for this day for a long time, and made that clear in his vows when he said, “It’s been a long road to get here!” We loved being able to witness that raw, genuine love between the two of them during the ceremony.

After the ceremony, they drove away in a yellow ’69 Camaro and went to the reception at The Colcord Hotel. The view was beautiful, and the weather was perfect! Robby and Holly were so easy to work with, and we will always remember their wedding day. Such a sweet couple!

Chris + Krysten | First Baptist Church of Tulsa | Feature Film

Chris + Krysten | First Baptist Church of Tulsa | Feature Film

Chris and Krysten met one night while they were out dancing with some friends. Chris asked her to dance, and they danced for hours! One of our favorite parts of the ceremony was when the minister spoke about what they remember about that night. Krysten said Chris had a super cute haircut, and Chris remembers that she was “jaw-dropping beautiful!” Ever since that night, the two of them have been inseparable.

As everyone probably knows, we LOVE father-daughter moments. Krysten and her dad have a very special relationship, so of course the first look between the two of them was very emotional. Krysten gave her dad a pair of OSU socks with a note that said, “Out of all our walks, this one is my favorite!” So sweet!

Since their last name is Cain, Chris and Krysten just had to have their reception at the Cain’s Ballroom! It was so cool, and Renee did an amazing job with the decor. Dave and the Wavetones was awesome as always, and everyone had so much fun!

Daniel + Ashleigh | Skiatook Springs Wedding | Highlight Film

Daniel + Ashleigh | Skiatook Springs Wedding | Highlight Film

Daniel and Ashleigh are two very special people in our lives. We always make sure to develop a strong, trusting relationship with our couples before their wedding, and more importantly, we always try to continue that same relationship after the wedding.

A few years ago, we were privileged with the opportunity to film Ashleigh’s sister Haleigh’s wedding. Their family is an absolute blast to be around, so of course we had to be there for Ashleigh’s wedding!

Ashleigh is so much fun, and such a goofball! She had us laughing all day! Daniel was pretty emotional leading up to the ceremony. We’re pretty sure there wasn’t a dry eye in the room as he was reading his letter from Ashleigh. The same emotions were flowing as Ashleigh came down the aisle. We always love a good cry from the groom!

Daniel and Ashleigh’s wedding was the first time we had ever filmed at Skiatook Springs, and we were absolutely blown away by the scenery. The landscaping is incredible, and the ceremony has an amazing backdrop of the sunset over Skiatook Lake. Adrian Events did a great job with the decor, and the Photo Booth setup was adorable! We LOVE filming at Skiatook Springs and we can’t wait to be back!

Matt + Linda | Spain Ranch Wedding| Feature Film

Matt + Linda | Spain Ranch Wedding| Feature Film

We film weddings. We photograph weddings. But it is SO MUCH more than that. We are preserving your memories. We are giving you heirlooms to pass down to your children, and your children’s children. This is a day that will forever be “one of the best days of your life.”

When we met Linda, we instantly clicked. She is so sweet. Like seriously, one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Our “job” is to film and photograph weddings. But it isn’t a “job” at all. It is a passion of ours. We don’t take it lightly. We don’t just want to film “at you.” We want to film your story. We knew from the moment we met Linda and Matt that they were special. She immediately treated us like family. This makes our “job” so easy. They trusted us to capture the moments and just enjoy their day. They weren’t worried if we were going to “get the shot.” Complete trust. That is the difference in a film like this, and hiring a “friend who has a camera” to film for you.

These moments are too big to miss. They are too big to just let anyone capture. We are so thankful that we get to do what we do, and call it a “job.” We promise you this, it is not a job. It isn’t work to us. It is so much more than that. So much more.

Not only was this day absolutely perfect, the brand new Spain Ranch was perfect. This was the VERY FIRST wedding to ever take place at Spain Ranch. We did a final walkthrough with Linda 3 days before the wedding at Spain Ranch, and there was still no sod on the ground. They pulled it together and created this amazing venue for the absolute perfect couple. The day was filled with laughter, tears, and moments that they will cherish for a lifetime. Our goal is to take them back to this perfect fall day, to relive the moments with their loved ones. To relive the emotion, the love, and the laughter of the day.

To Matt and Linda,
Thank you for letting us be a small part of this amazing day!

We will sum it up with this review that Linda gave after the wedding:
I am so thankful that we chose to spend the extra money to have a wedding video. Of all the things that we spent our money on, this was by far the most worth it. The day went by even faster than people said it would. It was a total blur- a happy, fun blur- but still, a blur. We only have our sneak peek video back so far, and I can’t stop watching it. They caught so many precious moments that I had either forgotten about, or was too busy to actually see. My dad gave an incredible speech- not a dry eye in the house. And thanks to our wedding video, I will be able to listen to those words and watch the two of us dancing anytime I want for the rest of our lives. What an incredible thing to get to share with our children someday! Additionally, I can not begin to thank Redeemed Productions enough for being so amazing with us before, on and after our big day. They are an absolute dream to work with and I can not recommend them enough to any future bride or groom. They made us feel like our big day was their top priority and were extremely flexible and respectful when it came to working with our other vendors. They were patient and kind with me and words can’t express how much that meant to me- especially as things got hectic leading up to the big day. Our preview video looks like a professional movie! The audio work this company does far exceeds the quality of any other videographer I have seen in town. In a nutshell, if you are on the fence about spending the extra money on a wedding video- don’t be. Every bride I’ve met that has one, says it’s totally worth it. Every bride I know that chose not to, considers it one of their biggest regrets. And as far as who to use- there seriously isn’t a contest. Redeemed Productions is the only smart choice in town! Thank you John!

Kevin + Gentry | Golf Club of Oklahoma | Feature Film

Kevin + Gentry | Golf Club of Oklahoma | Feature Film

Kevin is a good friend of ours, so of course we HAD to film his wedding. He and Gentry are two of the most genuine people we know. We had so much fun at their wedding because we basically felt like family! We got to catch up with familiar faces, laugh, and of course capture the most beautiful moments throughout the day.

One of our favorite moments of the day were their vows. We absolutely love when couples write their own vows to each other. It brings out so much emotion, which we love to show in films! We love filming at The Golf Club of Oklahoma. The scenery is beautiful everywhere and the staff is just awesome to work with. The first look was on the balcony of the clubhouse, which overlooks the 18th hole of the course.

As friends, we love being a part of Kevin and Gentry’s lives, and we loved being a part of their wedding day even more. It was so much fun to watch this day unfold. Everyone was so calm and relaxed. Kevin and Gentry are both people that everyone around them just knew would be a really good husband or wife. So on the wedding day, you could just see both sides of the family come together as one, in agreement that this couple truly was perfect for one another. There is nothing more magical than watching as two become one. We truly do take what we do very seriously, and can’t wait for you to enjoy this wedding film!

Deavon + Sam | Camp Loughride | Highlight Film

Deavon + Sam | Camp Loughride | Highlight Film

Deavon and Sam were truly a pleasure to work with. They were so sweet and considerate, and of course totally in love with one another.

We’re sure many of you have heard the piece of advice “Take the time to enjoy your wedding day, it goes by so fast!” One thing we noticed during their wedding day, was that Deavon and Sam definitely took time to cherish every moment. They took the time to read letters from one another, cry, pray for one another, laugh, and have a good time. There wasn’t an ounce of stress that day. We could tell they were there to marry one another and that’s all they cared about.

Sam was very emotional. It was evident that he had been waiting for this day for a long time, and he didn’t hold back his feelings! He was in awe of Deavon, and treated her like a queen. We love filming at Camp Loughridge, and it was so awesome to be a part of Sam and Deavon’s special day!

Will + Kelsey | Dresser Mansion Wedding| Feature Film

Will + Kelsey | Dresser Mansion Wedding | Feature Film

Will and Kelsey were married at Dresser Mansion this summer. Although the rain caused a last minute decision to move the ceremony indoors, they weren’t letting anything ruin the most exciting day of their lives. They were ready to be married, and they didn’t care where the ceremony was!

We have known the Schmitz family for years, so of course we had been looking forward to this wedding for a while! We were able to do both photo and video for them, so it just felt like one big family. The entire day was perfect, but one of our favorite moments was the father-daughter first look. We cannot stress enough how important these are! We could tell Kelsey and her dad are really close, which made it even more emotional (even for us). They laughed and cried and shared a moment that they will never forget.

After the ceremony, the rain cleared up and everyone continued to celebrate with Kelsey and Will. Friends and family took pictures with silly props at the photo wall, and danced until it was time to send them off with a sparkler exit. We had SO much fun at this wedding, and we are honored to play a part in their lives.
