Brynne + Brodie’s Southern Hills Wedding in Tulsa, OK | Highlight Film
We loved everything about Brynne + Brodie’s wedding day! They were such an easy couple to work with, and we could tell that they really just wanted to be married more than anything! Their wedding day started with the girls and guys getting ready at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We absolutely love this venue, and are always excited when we get a chance to film here! Brynne’s dress looked absolutely stunning on her, and we loved the reaction from her bridesmaids when they saw her in it for the first time!
Lauren + Matt | Calamigos Ranch Wedding | Highlight Video
When we got the call from Lauren to film her and Matt’s wedding, we were so excited! We had filmed 2 of her friends weddings, and they were both going to be at the wedding too. It is always such an honor for us when we have a group of friends that use us for their weddings. We pour ourselves into these wedding films, and to have brides tell their friends about their experience with us always means the world.
The wedding was at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, CA. When we pulled onto the property we were floored. Being from Oklahoma, and traveling to California dozens of times each year, you’d think we would get used to it. There’s just something about the sunlight, the trees, the weather, that just sets the mood for a beautiful wedding day.
Lauren and Matt’s wedding was just outside their reception, on a deck, with a waterfall in the background. When we say waterfall, we really mean it. A huge wall with amazing water features as the backdrop for the wedding. The ceremony was filled with laughs, and a few tears as Lauren and Matt said “I do.” After the ceremony, it was into the reception. We haven’t laughed as hard at speeches as we did at this wedding. Matt’s guys really made sure they took their time to really give it to Matt.
When this day was all over, we had to look back and just soak in how awesome it really was. We are so thankful that Matt and Lauren had us film the wedding, and we hope you enjoy!

Donald + Kate | Loughridge | Wedding Highlight
Donald and Katherine’s wedding day was an excellent example of what we live to capture. We were able to do both photography and videography for them, which we absolutely love! It was so full of personal and emotional moments! They spent the afternoon getting ready at the Mayo, which is personal to them because it’s their last name. One of our favorite things to film is the first look between the bride and the groom. It’s different every time, but each one is so memorable. Kate walked down the marble staircase in the lobby of the hotel, and Donald was amazed when he turned around to see her for the first time as his bride. We couldn’t blame him, she looked gorgeous!
Kate was so thoughtful and made sure everyone felt included and loved. She gave the sweetest handkerchief to her mother, just before she laced her dress up. Moments between a mother and daughter are one of our favorite things to film!
Kate has two great father-figures in her life, and was able to share a first look with them. They were both blown away by how beautiful she looked! She handed them both a handwritten card and it got pretty emotional at that time. Another great moment was during the ceremony when her grandfather prayed a blessing upon Donald and Kate. They both have so many great people in her life, and we could see that clearly on their wedding day.
The reception was beautifully decorated with colored bistro lights and gorgeous centerpieces. Everyone had glow sticks for the dance floor, which they had a lot of fun with! Our team had so much fun at Kate and Donald’s wedding, and by the end of the night, they truly made us feel like guests. That’s definitely a quality that we really appreciate in all of our couples!

Cody + Teresa | Christ the King and Tulsa Country Club | Feature Film
Cody and Teresa were so much fun to work with. They were just filled with energy the entire day! Teresa and her girls had so much fun dancing and getting ready in the Mayo Hotel’s Celebrity Suite. We were laughing and having a great time right along with them. Teresa is the type of girl whose happiness is contagious, but she also has a very tender heart and can get emotional pretty quickly. One of those moments was her first look with her dad and brothers. They were all so happy to see each other, but when her dad opened up a personalized handkerchief from Teresa, the tears came flowing as he tried to read what it said. It was such an amazing moment to be a part of, and there definitely wasn’t a dry eye in the room.
Teresa’s great uncle spoke a great message to Cody and Teresa during the ceremony and we could tell that meant the world to them. After the ceremony, the bridal party rode the Old Urban Trolley to the Tulsa Country Club where Pistol Pete even made an appearance! The reception was so much fun. Friends and family danced, laughed, and sat around the fire on the back patio. Cody and Teresa are perfect for each other and we are so happy that we were a part of their beautiful day!

Katherine + Alex | Wedding Highlight | Christ the King, The Broadway | Tulsa, OK
Alex and Katherine were such a joy to be around. When we first met them, we just knew they were going to be a blast to work with! They made us laugh and assured us the whole day would be fun. Katherine even told us, “We love to entertain, and we just really want a big party to celebrate everything.” And that’s exactly how the entire day went.
Katherine was a little nervous throughout the day but every ounce of stress went away as soon as she saw Alex for the first time during their first look. She held back her tears and Alex kept telling her how beautiful she looked. From that moment on, the rest of the day was so laid back and they were ready to begin their new lives together. After the ceremony, everyone made their way to The Broadway to celebrate with the newlyweds. The rest of the night felt like a big party, just how Katherine and Alex wanted it! We loved working with them, and we are so excited to show you just how awesome their wedding day was.

Sammi + Clark | Feature Film | Deep Creek Range | Livingston, Montana
Clark and Sammi’s wedding was one of my all time favorites. Not only is Clark one of my good friends, they decided to do their wedding in one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been, Livingston Montana. The wedding was located at Deep Creek Range, about an hour drive from Yellostone National Park. The scenery is beautiful, the mountains are breathtaking, and the weather was so fresh for August. When we flew out from Tulsa the weather was in the 90s, and when we landed in Montana it was in the 40s-50s.
Clark and Sammi brought out all of their friends and family from Tulsa to spend the weekend with them in Montana. Clark has family in Montana, and he and Sammi decided they wanted to get married in their favorite place on earth. Everyone stayed in a small town with a population of about 1000 people. It was filled with small town charm, and friendly faces. The wildlife is just beautiful out there.
On the wedding day, it was cloudy and rainy all day. That didn’t dampen their spirits. The weather cleared in time for us to do a quick first look in front of what seemed to be a 100 year old barn (or even older). After about 10 minutes of pictures the rain started coming back down and didn’t stop for quite some time. The only problem is that the ceremony was up hill about 200 feet from any cover. The ceremony time came and went, but Sammi and Clark decided to hold on and just wait to start the ceremony until the weather cleared. As soon as the clouds rolled away, everyone made their way up the hill, the coordinators dried all of the chairs, I re-ran all of my audio equipment =), and we started the ceremony. The ceremony was short and sweet, and no more than 10 minutes after the ceremony, the rain began again. It truly was perfect timing. The backdrop to the ceremony was a beautiful mountain range. The ceremony was filled with laughs, and even a few tears.
As the reception began, all of Clark and Sammi’s friends and family enjoyed the amazing food and had a great time with one another! They had about 150 of their friends make their way to Montana for this event, which really shows how many good friends this couple has. We were so honored to be a part of this wedding, and wish Clark and Sammi a lifetime of happy memories!
Tanner + Elise | Southwind Hills, Norman, OK
One of the best parts of what we do is getting to meet so many amazing couples, in all walks of life. Not only that, but we get to see them on the happiest day of their life. When all of the planning, all of the preparation comes together for that special moment they have both been dreaming about since they were just kids. Both families coming together as one, the miracle of two becoming one. It is hard to put into words the emotion that is drawn out on these special days. No matter how many weddings we film, no matter how many states we travel to, there is one thing that truly is magical about these days. Love. It truly is inspiring. Each time we see dad walk his little girl down the aisle and try to keep it together, as the man of his daughter’s dreams stands tall at the end of the aisle smiling from ear to ear. Each time the groom looks over at his mom as she wipes a tear away from her cheek. There is an amazing miracle that is happening. Tanner + Elise’s wedding was one of those days. You could feel it in the air. As they began getting ready you could feel that they were a little nervous, yet anxious for what was to come. All of the little moments during the day are what make it special. From the first time the groom lays eyes on his bride, to the moment when they make their grand exit, and everywhere in between, this day is magical. Nothing could be more of an honor than being trusted to capture these memories.

So excited to finally have this wedding video from The Silo Event Center ready for you to enjoy! In our 8 years as a company, we aren’t sure if we have laughed so much with a couple. Meagan + Clint were so much fun to work with. We had an absolute blast every time we met with them. Such a wonderful couple for RP! When we arrived at The Silo Event Center, Meagan was getting ready to put on the dress. She was calm, and relaxed as she was about to do her “first look” with Clint. We were able to snag a few last minute getting ready shots, as well as her putting on the dress. Shortly after she made her way outside on the beautiful property at The Silo. Clint was patiently waiting to see his bride-to-be for the first look. They were so relaxed, and had a great moment with one another as they spent a few minutes admiring one another. It just so happened that a Dodge Viper club was meeting at the Cedar Rock Inn on the property. There were 5 or 6 Vipers just sitting there so Bryan (from BCreative Photo) and our crew decided to get some amazing pics and videos in front of some of the cars. The owners were glad to let the “almost newlyweds” take as many pictures as they liked.
After the first look, we all loaded up and headed over to The Asbury United Methodist Church for the ceremony. Right before the ceremony, we were able to film both Meagan and Clint as they read letters from each other. We were able to capture some really special moments that we are sure they will never forget! As the ceremony began, Clint was all smiles as his bride-to-be walked down the aisle. Beautiful words from the minister, songs from friends, and scripture readings followed. The ceremony was focused around their love for one another. After the “I do’s,” the couple made their way back to The Silo Event Center for their reception. The night was filled with laughter, family, dancing, and fun. They made their grand exit under the stars on a horse drawn carriage.
Congratulations to one of our favorite couples of all time Meagan and Clint!

Julie and Ben’s Mayo Wedding Film was so much fun to be a part of. Julie and Ben’s wedding day started with a beautiful Indian wedding ceremony. Two ceremonies in one day, both while in medical school. We don’t know how they did it, but everything was absolutely gorgeous! When we arrived, the girls were hanging out at The Mayo Hotel in a suite. Julie just couldn’t stop smiling! All smiles, and good times were being had by the wedding party. The bridesmaids looked on as Julie stepped into her wedding dress. It seemed as though they thought of every single detail for this day. Julie even gave Ben a pair of socks that said “just in case you get cold feet” on them. The wedding ceremony was held at the First Presbyterian Church Downtown. Some of our favorite moments were when Julie and Ben stopped by The University of Tulsa, and Downtown Tulsa to take pics right after the wedding. The sun was setting, and we were able to capture some amazing shots. The reception was at The Mayo Hotel in the ballroom, and it was absolutely breathtaking. From the centerpieces, to the photo booth, they didn’t leave out any of the details on this party. They spent the night dancing and having a great time.
Once again, we absolutely working with some of these wedding vendors. One of our favorite photographers of all time Holli and her husband Jace, with HolliB Photography came down from OKC. We love working with them, and think their images are gorgeous! When you put together a good team of wedding vendors, the entire day seems to go so smoothly. It makes our job so much easier when we are working with other respected professionals. After years of working in the industry, it really makes a difference to have seasoned pros on your wedding vendor team. Julie and Ben did a great job hiring a wedding planner in Sharon from Tulsa Weddings and Designs. By bringing in a professional to help you select your vendors, you are able to really have peace of mind about your big day. There is nothing worse than having to be worried about the details of your wedding when you are the bride. Especially on your wedding day. It is completely worth it! We were so thankful to be a part of this team, and are very happy with the way the wedding video turned out! A big thanks to Julie and Ben, as well as all of the amazing Tulsa Wedding Vendors that put on this beautiful wedding.

We were so excited to work with Kaitlin and Tommy for their wedding film. This wedding was filled with vendors that we love to work with. When we get the chance to work with Erica from Erica Weddings, we know that the bride and groom are going to be great to work alongside. And usually when we work with Erica, we know that there will be a ton of our favorite vendors there too! If we could give you any advice, please hire a professional to coordinate and plan your wedding. It will be one the best investments you make. The wedding industry is very social, and we all know one another quite well here in the Tulsa market. We have developed friendships over the years, and have learned to work really well with one another. There is nothing more frustrating to some of the more seasoned wedding pros, than to work with vendors that aren’t respectful to the other wedding vendors there that day. When you get a handful of the vendors that know each other on board, you really do build a team that is going to help you have a flawless wedding day.
Some of the biggest advice we could give, would be to ask your wedding planner, or your other vendors, who they recommend for the vendors that you don’t yet have. More importantly, ask them if there are any vendors that that recommend you for sure don’t hire. These are the people that are going to be putting on the biggest day of your life. You don’t want to take any chances. It is ok to look through your options to make sure that you have the right people on board. Ultimately, the wedding is your day, and you want to like the vendors that are going to be around you all day. If you love their photos, but think they are awkward, we’d recommend you find someone else.
Kaitlin + Tommy’s wedding video was so much fun to make. We have been editing with a new style, incorporating more of the vows into the film, and making it more cinematic. We are absolutely loving how the wedding videos are turning out. Not only have we completely changed our editing style, we have completely changed the way we capture your audio. See our blog on Aubrie + Matt to learn a little bit more of what all we have done with our audio. The wedding ceremony was held at Parish of Christ the King in Midtown Tulsa. The fall leaves were blowing outside, and it was a crisp cool day. The sun set as the ceremony was beginning. From the scripture readings, to the vows, everything about this wedding was pointed toward the love that Kaitlin and Tommy had for one another. One of our favorite moments came right after Kaitlin made it down the aisle. As tears welled up in her eyes, she was asked to “please stop crying” from the minister. Everyone laughed and the ceremony continued with much less pressure.
After the ceremony, the wedding party headed downtown, to The Summit Club. A beautiful setting as the city sparkled beneath them. The night was filled with dancing, laughing, and some great conversation. We were able to take the couple outside, about 40 floors up, and were able to get some stunning shots. Andrea Murphy Photography was amazing to work with as always, and was able to capture some great images with the sparkling city behind the couple. One other quick note would be event lighting. Zach Downing, with Empire Lighting, does a phenomenal job at creating a mood with lighting. It makes our jobs so much easier as the wedding videographer when we have simple, yet elegant lighting. A big thanks to the entire team for making this wedding video what it is. We couldn’t have done it without such an amazing team. The list of vendors for this wedding are listed below.
