Kate and Donald were an absolute joy to work with! From their engagement photos, to the wedding day, we had so much fun with these two! This Loughridge Wedding was nothing short of spectacular. Kate and Donald got ready at The Mayo Hotel, and then headed to Loughridge. The entire day was filled with smiles and fun! The reception was absolutely stunning. Sharon, with Tulsa Weddings and Design did an incredible job helping Kate’s vision come to life! We couldn’t get over the tables, the decor, and especially the new bistro lights from LionsRoad. They even had huge letters to spell out Mayo for their new last name. Not only was this couple fun to work with, they completely trusted us on the day of their wedding. This makes it SO MUCH EASIER for us to do our jobs. As a bride, we know it can be difficult to sit back, and relax. But we feel so much less pressure when you just trust us that we are going to get the photos you want! This couple has quickly become one of our favorites! We hope you enjoy these photos as much as we do. A huge congrats to Kate and Donald!

Cody + Teresa | Christ the King and Tulsa Country Club | Feature Film

Cody and Teresa were so much fun to work with. They were just filled with energy the entire day! Teresa and her girls had so much fun dancing and getting ready in the Mayo Hotel’s Celebrity Suite. We were laughing and having a great time right along with them. Teresa is the type of girl whose happiness is contagious, but she also has a very tender heart and can get emotional pretty quickly. One of those moments was her first look with her dad and brothers. They were all so happy to see each other, but when her dad opened up a personalized handkerchief from Teresa, the tears came flowing as he tried to read what it said. It was such an amazing moment to be a part of, and there definitely wasn’t a dry eye in the room.

Teresa’s great uncle spoke a great message to Cody and Teresa during the ceremony and we could tell that meant the world to them. After the ceremony, the bridal party rode the Old Urban Trolley to the Tulsa Country Club where Pistol Pete even made an appearance! The reception was so much fun. Friends and family danced, laughed, and sat around the fire on the back patio. Cody and Teresa are perfect for each other and we are so happy that we were a part of their beautiful day!

It was such much fun working with Marissa + Leo. We did both the video and photo for their wedding, which is always a lot of fun for us at Redeemed Productions. We had such a great time at our engagement session with them, as well as during our photo viewing sessions. The month of the wedding, it had been raining on and off for basically the entire month. We were a little worried as the ceremony was to be held outdoors at Dominion House in Guthrie, OK. The grounds are beautiful, but we could see the thunderstorms rolling in from the west. About 2 hours before the ceremony we decided that the wedding was to take place inside. Luckily, before the ceremony we were able to snag some photos outside. About 20 minutes before the ceremony the rain came pouring down. It was hard to even see outside due to all of the rain. Marissa and Leo were all smiles as they welcomed the rain. They were part of the BC Clark Jewelers rain on my wedding day list. If it rains more than an inch on your wedding day, you get $5000 back off of your engagement rings. So at a certain point, everyone was praying for more rain! About 10 minutes before the ceremony the rain measured over an inch so everyone was super thrilled!

The ceremony was beautiful inside, and the reception to follow was perfect! The team at Leslie Herring Events really put on a great event, and we were so glad to be a part of it! Enjoy some of our photos from the wedding, and be sure to check back for the video in a few months!

Grant + Kyra | Fairview Community Center | Fairview, Oklahoma

Grant + Kyra | Fairview Community Center | Fairview, Oklahoma

Grant and Kyra’s wedding was definitely one to remember! The entire day was such a big celebration and they made us feel like family right away. It seemed like the whole town gathered in the Fairview Community Center to celebrate Grant and Kyra’s union. There were so many loving and caring people surrounding them. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, which is one of the reasons why we LOVE small town weddings.

Every detail of the day was incredible, from the personalized newspapers at each seat, to the cakes used as centerpieces for every table. Kyra’s sister, Rylie, was actually an RP bride too, and she did such a beautiful job of planning their big day. We had so much fun catching up with familiar faces, as well as capturing the most important day of their lives. Grant and Kyra definitely rang in the New Year with a party that no one will forget!

Kelsey and Will’s Dresser Mansion Wedding was in May this year. If you know anything about April and May this year in Tulsa, you know it rained a bunch! We were praying that the rain would hold off, but mother nature had different plans. All day the rain trickled in, finally clearing up for just long enough to get some pictures outside. The ceremony was originally planned for the back lawn, but was moved inside with a few hours to spare before the ceremony would begin. From the moment we met Kelsey, she and her family felt like family. Her younger sister Casey, the Maid of Honor, actually works with us so we had been around Kelsey and Will quite a bit. Her family, and our team clicked from the very beginning. When we arrived that day everyone was hanging out and relaxing, while enjoying the cool weather. The entire day was filled with emotion, fun, laughter, and family. Our crew had such an amazing time being the photographers and cinematographers (blog coming soon with their video) at the wedding. We loved the way these images turned out so much we ordered several canvases to put in our offices. We just can’t get over these images, and hope you enjoy them too!

Allysa + Sam | Vesica Piscis Chapel | Wedding Videography

Allysa + Sam | Snowy Wedding | Vesica Piscis Chapel, Catoosa, OK

Allysa and Sam mean a whole lot to us here at Redeemed Productions. Over the last year, we have really come to love this couple. They were always so respectful of our work, and so easy to get along with. As luck would have it, their wedding day was in the middle of a beautiful Oklahoma snow storm. For us, it was like a dream come true! The snow flakes were falling all day long, which made a beautiful backdrop at Vesica Piscis. We were able to capture some amazing footage from above of the chapel covered in a blanket of snow.

This wedding was pretty difficult for us to edit, as Allysa’s father passed away a few months after the wedding. They didn’t even know if he was going to make it to the wedding. Not only did he make it to the wedding, he was able to walk his little girl down the aisle and hand her off to Sam. They shared several special moments together that day. We know how important these memories of her father are, and the responsibility that comes along with presenting the footage in a way that will show honor to her father for the years to come. There were several times where we just had to stop editing, cry for a bit, come back, edit some more, and repeat. Such an amazing day, filled with memories that they will never forget, and never stop cherishing. So glad we could be a small part of this story.

Melissa + Bill | Mayo Hotel Wedding | Downtown Tulsa, OK

Melissa + Bill | Mayo Hotel Wedding | Downtown Tulsa, OK

When we first met Melissa we instantly knew that we liked her. Not only was she hilarious, but she knew what she wanted for her wedding day. When we arrived at The Mayo Hotel, the girls were relaxing in their room, while the crew from Primp Hair and Makeup were getting them all dolled up. The guys were relaxing and enjoying some time as well. Bill, and his son Jackson (Jack) spent some time getting ready for the big ceremony. It was so sweet to see how Bill interacted with his son, and how much care they had for one another. Another fun aspect of the day is that we were shooting alongside our good pal Andrea Murphy (be sure to check her work out, it is fabulous!).

The timeline was a bit spread out so we had some time to just chill and enjoy the company of Melissa before the wedding. Tons of fun in that hotel room. We couldn’t stop laughing! After all the girls and guys got ready, it was time for the first look. Side note, first looks are AWESOME! They not only alleviate any pressure the couple is feeling, but they give you time to just say hey to one another before the ceremony. Think about it. Most of the time a bride and groom don’t get to be alone until they are driving away from their wedding. The first look allows you to just take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy your day. You can get your pictures all out of the way, and the list continues. Okay, rant over! Back to this awesome couple…

The ceremony was filled with laughs and tears. Melissa’s ring was only dropped twice, and she made it up the stairs successfully. One of our favorite moments was when Melissa and Bill both said vows to Jackson, Bill’s son. Such an emotional moment, and so sweet! The evening was filled with dancing, a photo wall, and some great times between the new family. All in all, this wedding was awesome. We have since kept in touch with Melissa, and she has continued to make us laugh every time we see her. Congrats you two! We had such a great time!

Nathan + Laura | Asbury United Methodist Church | Tulsa, OK

Nathan + Laura | Asbury United Methodist Church | Tulsa, OK

Nathan and Laura were married at Asbury Methodist Church in Tulsa, OK. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! There was a slight breeze and the sun was shining bright. When Laura arrived that morning, she was glowing with happiness. She spent time with her bridesmaids applying final touch-ups before the first look. Moments later, Nathan was waiting anxiously outside for his soon-to-be bride. Laura tapped him on his shoulder and he turned around, speechless. Laura held back her tears, and they spent the next few minutes laughing and holding onto one another. Friends and families filled the room for their ceremony. It began with a sweet slideshow, displaying Laura and Nathan’s younger years as well as their lives together. Soon after, Laura’s dad walked her down the aisle and gave her hand to Nathan. The ceremony was really special to them, as Laura’s dad also officiated the wedding. After he pronounced them husband and wife, guests celebrated by cheering and showering them with bubbles outside of the church. The rest of the day was so relaxing. Friends and family visited with the newlyweds, took silly pictures in front of the photo wall, and enjoyed the candy bar. Laura and Nathan were so delightful to work with. We hope you enjoy their wedding film as much as we enjoyed capturing it!

Jordan + Sterling | October 25, 2014 | The Mayo Hotel

Jordan + Sterling | October 25, 2014 | The Mayo Hotel

Jordan and Sterling were such a pleasure to work with. The entire day was filled with emotion, as everyone cried tears of joy and laughter. Hours before the ceremony, the couple read a letter from one another. Sterling held back the tears as she read the sweetest words from her soon-to-be groom. Just moments later, Sterling’s dad waited to see his baby girl for the first time that day. When he turned around, he couldn’t stop saying how gorgeous she looked. They spent the next few minutes preparing and talking about the big day. It was such an emotional experience that they will be able to cherish for a lifetime.

Just as Sterling held back the tears while reading the letter, Jordan held his back as he saw his beautiful bride walking down the aisle. He was in awe! The ceremony was amazing. Hundreds of friends and family members filled the room. After they recited their vows to each other, they made their way up to the Crystal Ballroom to dance the night away and celebrate the new beginning of their lives. From the custom ice sculptures to the centerpieces, the entire day was so elegant and we are so happy to have been a part of it. We wish nothing but the best to this fun couple!

Paige + Brandon | Bridle Creek | Sperry, OK | Wedding Videography

Paige + Brandon | Bridle Creek  | Wedding Videography

Paige + Brandon were married at Bridle Creek in Sperry, OK. This November wedding was one of our favorites, because the bride Paige actually works for Redeemed Productions. We spent the day laughing and having a great time as Paige got ready. This wedding looked like it could be in a magazine. The greatest part is that Paige’s family basically put the entire wedding together on their own. It looked like they hired some of the best vendors in town, but they seriously made it look incredible themselves. From the homemade sweets stand, to the cake, they did it all.

Paige is one of those people that can get super emotional, and very quickly. So there were definitely some moments during the day where there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. One of those moments was the first look with Brandon. It is such an amazing moment to watch as the bride and groom see each other for the first time. Another moment was the girls prayer right before the ceremony. That was such a beautiful moment to be a part of.

The ceremony was filled with laughs, and a few tears as the two became one. The reception was filled with laughing and dancing and ended with a sparkler send off!
