Cassie and Mike’s Southern Hills Country Club Wedding Video

Cassie and Mike,

We are so happy you chose Redeemed Productions to film your wedding. We can’t get over how great the day was, and hope that you enjoy this film for the years to come. Joel and Paige shot this wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the footage. Only a few times a year will I take on more than 1 wedding in a day. I (John) was already booked in OKC, but knew that Joel and Paige would be the perfect fit for these two, and I was right!

The day started out with the girls as they were getting ready. Everyone was buzzing around with excitement about the wedding festivities. Cassie and Mike spent the day with each other, and friends and family. They threw a gorgeous party, and we are so thankful that they chose Redeemed Productions for their Southern Hills Country Club Wedding!

Here’s to a lifetime of happiness and love! We hope this video tells the story of your day the way that it was, which was absolutely beautiful! A huge thank you to everyone involved!

John

Kara and Baxter’s OKC Golf and Country Club Wedding Video

OKC Golf and Country Club Wedding Video

Kara and Baxter’s OKC Golf and Country Club Wedding Video

Wow. Just wow. This wedding blew me away. This couple blew me away. This family blew me away. I am not sure what it was about them, but they weren’t there to just look pretty and have something that looked good in photos. They were there for each other. They couldn’t stop looking at each other and sneaking in little moments to say “I love you.” It blew me away. Yes, I know I have said that already, but it really did.

This group treated me like family. Like I was part of the team. It wasn’t me working for them, it was me working WITH them. I sat here editing this video with such a big smile on my face because Kara and Baxter were different. Throughout the night they may have drifted from each other, but they always kept eye contact, always knew where the other one was, and always came back together. They just wanted to be touching, wanted to be laughing, and honestly, it was refreshing. It made me want to go home and hug my wife. I wanted to love my wife better because of these two. Not just writing this, actually mean it.

This day, ah! I just hope I did it justice on the wedding video. They had so many great moments. Getting ready, talking around the corner, first look with dad, Kara walking down the aisle, and how about that speech by mom. So humbled and honored to be part of this wedding day.

Thank you Kara and Baxter, you did more for me than I did for you.

Katelyn and Luke’s The Springs Event Venue Wedding Video

Katelyn and Luke’s The Springs Event Venue Wedding Video

I have to admit, I got the chills several times as I edited Katelyn and Luke’s wedding video. When I met these two, it was at an event and immediately I knew I wanted to film their wedding. Katey’s parents were there too at this event, and I really connected with her dad. As a father myself, I could just tell that he was the kind of guy I wanted to be around. His love for his daughter, his love for his family. Something about them drew me to them. Turns out, they one to the same college I did, a private Christian university, and we knew we were the perfect fit.

As a Christian myself, I was drawn to these two. Their love was so pure. Even though they are young, I could tell they loved God, and were serious about marriage. I was married at the age of 20, knowing that my wife was who God wanted me to be with. We just knew, and have never looked back. 14 years later, when I see families that remind me of what I am all about, I will fight to get to tell their story.

The day was focused on on them, God. Sure, it was about their love, and their families, but something was different. It wasn’t weird or religious. Just pure, honest, and when it comes down to it, pure love. Gosh, I wish I could explain it better, but there was just something intangible that made me want to work harder, to take such good care of them, and to pour my entire being into making this video everything it could be. That, I did. I only hope that these two can cherish this with their friends and their families for the years to come.

So many moments got me. Mainly ones where Eric, Katey’s dad, was involved. I can just see my daughters who are currently 8 and 2, and know they will be that age in the blink of an eye. I want them to have the relationship with me that Eric has with Katey. I look at Katey’s mom, and I see the relationship between my wife and daughters. It is just something special that can’t be explained. I saw it that day. I know it, and it scares the heck out of me that it will be here for me in such a short time. I do these films, hoping to tell justice to these stories, to give these families an heirloom to look back on for the decades to come. When people who were at this wedding aren’t with us anymore. When they have children of their own, grandchildren of their own. That is what drives me. I could talk all day about the perfect weather, the perfect sunset, sweet moments. But what it comes down to is that these two families are exceptional. These young adults are mature beyond their years, and I am so lucky to have played a small role in the big day.

Thank you to both families for allowing us to capture these moments. Know that we are so thrilled to know you. Thank you for showing me that it can be done. Honored and humbled to know you. John

Jackson and Jeni’s Gaylord Pickens Museum Wedding Video

Jackson and Jeni’s Gaylord Pickens Museum Wedding Video

Yale football player and Dartmouth Cheerleader get married! When the groom is a Yale football player, and still cries, you know it is going to be a good day! Contact us: http://bit.ly/2zbXK1V Jackson called us a few months ago and said how much he loved our work and they really wanted us at their wedding. I was so excited that I was still free, especially after hearing their story. You see, they are actually both from Oklahoma, and both went to school out of state, in the Ivy League. She went to Dartmouth and he played football at Yale. She was from a small town in Oklahoma, and he was from a town just outside of Oklahoma City. The two met, and were inseparable. Everyone talked about how Jackson knew pretty much immediately that Jeni was for him. When Jeni moved off to college, her family was worried that she’d find someone on the east coast, and never come back home. Well she did find someone, and when they found out, they were a bit nervous. That is, until they found out that he was from Oklahoma as well. Such a cool story that two Oklahoma kids, both go off to the Ivy League, and still find each other. It was evident that this relationship was something special. That God’s hand was all over it. The way they looked at each other. The way he walked her into the room by placing his hand on her lower back and guiding her at the same time protecting her, it was just something special. Not to mention, Jackson wasn’t afraid to show his emotions. From tears when he saw Jeni for the first time in her dress, to tears when dancing with his mother, he truly was there. Soaking in the moments. Soaking in the day. That is exactly what we are looking for! Let’s talk about Jeni for a second. Not only is she gorgeous, her personality makes her even more beautiful. Kind isn’t a strong enough word to describe her. She was compassionate. Caring. Loving. Most of all, she was smitten with Jackson. You could just see it in the room as they walked to meet guests. They were in the crowded room, but always connected. Sometimes we don’t even see the bride and groom together during the reception, because they are so busy. This wasn’t the case for these two. Not only was their story beautiful, their families were so kind to us, and treated us like family. I can’t tell you how humbling it is, and how honored we are when a couple treats us like family. I hope this wedding video helps you to go back to these moments. Push play, sit back, and go right back to this beautiful day. Remember how it felt. Remember this love you all share. Thank you for allowing me to capture it. Here’s to many happy years ahead of you! Julianna and Logan’s Dresser Mansion Wedding Video

Julianna and Logan’s Dresser Mansion Wedding Video

This story is so sweet! Julianna and Logan met when they were 13. They were supposed to be hanging out with friends, but really were going to a movie with each other. They messaged each other on Facebook, and the rest was history. They dated for 7 years before tying the knot. It is so fun to watch these two, as they have literally grown up together.

The wedding day was so sweet. Julianna Was in her room getting ready when we arrived, and was SO KIND to us. Like we were family. They booked us well over a year ago, so we have known them for quite some time. So by the time the wedding day got here, we were already very close.

The Dresser Mansion Wedding was in Tulsa, OK. We did both videography, and photography for these two. All we can say about them is that they were the sweetest ever, and we loved shooting their wedding.

The ceremony was on the back lawn at the Dresser Mansion, and it was gorgeous! The weather was perfect, and the sunset at the river blew us away. Be sure to check out the video for some clips from that gorgeous sunset!

A huge thank you to these two for trusting us to film and photograph the big day. May you enjoy this film for a lifetime! We love everything about you two, and can not wait to see you all in the future!

Love,
The RP Team

Serena and Zach’s Rosemary Ridge Wedding Video

Serena and Zach’s Rosemary Ridge Wedding Video

Zach’s vows to Serena might just make you choke up a bit. Fair warning.

Contact us, we’d love to film your wedding: http://bit.ly/2zbXK1V

Zach and Serena’s Rosemary Ridge Wedding Video
This one is really close to home for me. So close, that Zach and I actually shared a home for the first 18 years of my life. Zach is my younger brother, and I am so happy for him and Serena. They truly are perfect for one another. They met a few years back, as our mother, and Serena’s mother had a secret plan to set them up. My mom invited Serena, and her mother, over for a Labor Day cookout. My daughter, Anna, (she’s the ring bearer) was there at the party before Zach arrived. Before Zach had a chance to meet Serena again (they actually went to high school together), Anna already had Serena reading her a book, and relaxing by the pool with her. Serena immediately clicked with our family. She just fit in like she had been there all along. They were like peanut butter and jelly. Speaking of peanut butter and jelly, they actually did a pb&j ceremony during the ceremony, instead of the traditional communion. It was super cute.

Ok, on to the wedding day itself. My entire family was involved, and I actually got to be in the wedding. So did my wife, and both of my daughters. Needless to say, it was a big day for all of us. We spent the day hanging out, taking photos, and it was really fun to be able to just go to a wedding. We brought in our good friend Nick Miller, from Wild Oak Films to film the day, and I had the honor of editing it. The day was beautiful guys. Your vows, made me cry a little. So happy that my daughters have such a cool uncle, and now a new even cooler aunt. We are so excited for your new life together, and can’t wait to see what the future holds. Thank you for the opportunity to edit your wedding! I am so happy for the two of you. If you need anything, you know where to call!
